Stony Creek is a small town situated in the Gippsland region of Victoria. There is plenty to see around the Gippsland region including rainforests, beaches, farmland and outback Australia. Not far from Stony Creek at Phillip Island one can take in the penguin march, which occurs each morning before sunset. Tourists flock from all over to see this exciting spectacle. The Gippsland lakes are another spot worth taking in as it is the largest inland water system in Australia. Families are encouraged to go camping and take walking tracks through the bushland and marvel at this wonderful part of Australia.
